Common questions

My steps are not showing up in Pawcer.

Pawcer reads your steps from Apple Health. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, go to Health → Data Access & Devices → Pawcer and make sure step access is turned on. Then open Pawcer again.

Where is my step data stored?

Your step data stays on your iPhone. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Open the Settings app, tap your name → Subscriptions, and select Pawcer to change or cancel it.
